Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Manage payroll processing and compliance using Zoho Payroll, including salary disbursement, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and payroll record management.

Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Monitor and track budgets, costs, and financial performance against targets.
-
Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
-
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and financial regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams for cost tracking, procurement, and expense management.
-
Assist in cash flow management and working capital planning.

Support internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting.

Contribute to process improvements and financial controls in an early-stage setup.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Chartered Accountant (CA).
-
Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
-
Exposure to budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup.

Exposure to early-stage or growing organizations.

Familiarity with ERP systems / financial software.
