Role Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Data analysis and data mining to come up with portfolio insights for both Retail and commercial portfolio
· Statistical modelling, clustering and segmentation thru statistical techniques to help solving key business problems
· Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
· Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
· Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
· Help launch new initiatives, campaigns, analytical solutions, along with robust tracking
· Help in running standard and analytical dashboard/ MIS
Requirement:
· Experience: 2- 7 years in analytics industry (Finance / Banking industry preferred)
· B Tech/ MBA/MCA/MSQE/M.Sc (Statistic/Mathematics) from premier institute
· Knowledge of SQL and Python is must with high proficiency
· Knowledge on statistical model building is must
· Knowledge of R is preferred
· Knowledge of Statistics – Linear Regression, Exploratory Data Analysis, etc.
· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
