Role Description

·         To achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target assigned to individual         ·          Managing Field Collection agencies / tele-calling team to help improve resolution rates for pre-write-off accounts and money collection on write-off ·         Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows. Handle customer issues escalations                                                                                                                       Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force ·         Undertake regular & timely agency reviews/tele-calling team reviews to help increase engagement levels and improving upon performance      ·         Continuously monitoring collection agencies   to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
