Job Description:
We have an urgent requirement for the position of Relationship Manager: Coverage_AFL at our Bangalore office. This role plays a crucial part in our growth strategy and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for this role. The candidate should have a proven track record in SME, MSME, and business development. The candidate should be aggressive, sales-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
2. Research key customer wants and needs. Suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and wants.
3. Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications.
4. Identify and approach potential clients.
5. Develop a complete understanding of key account needs.
6. Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
7. Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
8. Manage account team assigned to each client.
9. Negotiate contracts to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
10. Help the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
11. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
12. Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.
13. Collaborate with internal teams to address customers' needs.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager in SME, MSME sectors. 
2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
3. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
4. Problem-solving attitude.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
7. Teamwork and leadership skills.
8. Customer-oriented mindset.
9. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.

The candidate should be able to handle a ticket size of 5 cr to 25 cr.
