Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

1.      Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: Public sensitivity, duty-first mindset

2.      Basic reading and writing skills, ability to conduct mobile phone surveys 

3.      10/12th pass

4.      General knowledge about government schemes

5.      Strong locals connect with people

6.      Must possess strong communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.

7.      Have an understanding of local issues/demography/geography

8.      Knowledge of local dialect

9.      No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)

DUTIES:

1.      Everyday 20 door-to-door household outreach to conduct interviews.

2.      Total 15-20 wards/villages to be assigned per person, to conduct interviews.

3.      Downloading and registration of "a" app.

4.      Conduct interviews related to income, health, government schemes, political, social, corporate surveys and local issues

5.      Report to office staff daily

6.      Product sampling, on-ground project monitoring

7.      KYC documentation, collection, photos and videos of projects and process.

8.      Meeting Sarpanch, Gyani vakti, BDOs, GramSadiv etc

DON'TS, NON-NEGOTIABLE

1.      No intimidation or bullying behavior

2.      No unauthorized collection, or misuse of authority will be tolerated

3.      Strictly no tobacco/alcohol/gutka/paan/cigarette/bidi indulgence

4.      No lapse in dedication to duty

5.      No politicized behavior leading to unnecessary conflicts
