• Identify, analyze and track government schemes across healthcare, education, employment, and social welfare domains.
• Study user demographics to assess eligibility and relevance of government schemes
• Respond to user queries with well researched, accurate and timely information, enhancing user trust and engagement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive, structured database of government schemes and FAQ's.
• Partner with Product, Operations and Customer engagement teams to seamlessly integrate policy related content.

Requirements

Analytical, Strong communication, User centric mindset, Passion for governance, public policy and social impact.

Education-

Bachelor's in Public policy, Social science, Economics or Political science
