Role Description

Empowerment Through Training: You will play a pivotal role in training, supporting, and engaging with our branch resources to turbocharge channel acquisition numbers. Your guidance will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Strategic Collaboration**:** Working hand-in-hand with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads, and Channel employees, you'll spearhead initiatives to enhance the productivity of our banking staff. Your collaborative approach will ensure seamless alignment towards our common goals.

Recognition and Reward Initiatives: Devise compelling strategies and convincingly present them to Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular Recognition and Reward drives. Your creativity will motivate our teams and elevate sales performance to new heights.

Target Achievement**:** Lead the Bank channel team towards the successful attainment of assigned targets for branches and clusters, while also focusing on achieving personal targets. Your leadership will inspire excellence and drive results.

Team Leadership: Leverage your experience in team management, particularly in dynamic, target-driven environments, to effectively lead and motivate our channel team towards exceeding expectations.
