Role Description

Job Title: Senior BIU Associate
Location: Navi Mumbai/ Andheri/ Kurla

Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent and analytical Senior BIU Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding business processes, identifying data-backed opportunities, and implementing data initiatives to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes and identify data-backed opportunities to drive improvements in customer acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, and employee productivity.
2. Take ownership of the product/customer lifecycle, partnering with sales, product, marketing, and IT teams to implement data initiatives promptly and ensure their efficient execution and tracking.
3. Investigate business inefficiencies and underperformance, boldly suggesting changes to the business model where necessary, and building simulations to project the impact of these changes.
4. Go beyond conventional data analytics, using novel ways to answer management questions through the use of data proxies, data enrichment, and data visualizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. 3-7 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
3. Proficiency in data visualization tools and data analytics.
4. Strong knowledge of business processes and data-backed decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and on budget.
