Role Description

• The Candidate shall be expected to drive the litigations.
• Candidate will be responsible for pro-active approaches required under the law including but not limited to the SARFAESI Act, Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, IBC, 2016, Civil Procedure Code, Negotiable Instruments Act, etc.
• The Candidate would be required to initiate actions pursuant to defaults under the Security Trustee, Debenture Trustee Arrangements as well as navigate such litigations throughout with the help of outside lawyers, empaneled law firms.
• Basic court knowledge and filing knowledge is compulsory for this role since there may be filings on an everyday basis.
• The role also involves preparing templates and review of standard agreements to be executed by ATSL.
• Additionally as part of Ethics Department, candidate would be expected to assist in reviewing SOPs, Policies and manuals pertaining to Ethics Department.
