Position Summary
Configure and customize Salesforce LS Cloud / Health Cloud to deliver the agreed technical design. Build high-quality, tested, and documented functionality on the Salesforce platform as part of the India delivery pod under the guidance of the Salesforce Technical Lead.
Job Responsibilities
| • Configure Salesforce LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and security | |
| • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and SOQL/SOSL queries | |
| • Build Flows, approval processes, and declarative automations | |
| • Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email templates, MedComms workflows | |
| • Build and maintain unit tests; target 85%+ code coverage | |
| • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies | |
| • Document configuration and custom code | |
| • Support defect triage, fix, and re-testing during SIT, UAT, and validation phases | |
| • Deploy changes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production using Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling |
Education
Bachelor of Engineering
Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer
