Position Summary
To be a driven business analyst who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in Pharma (domain).
Job Responsibilities
| • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs across commercial, medical, and compliance functions | |
| • Document as-is / to-be processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements | |
| • Analyze gaps between legacy Veeva CRM (Salesforce) and target Vault CRM; recommend process and configuration changes | |
| • Support migration scoping: data elements in scope, business rules, legacy behavior to retain vs. retire | |
| • Maintain requirements traceability from user story through design, build, test, validation, and migration | |
| • Support UAT — prepare test scripts, coordinate UAT cycles, triage defects | |
| • Create training materials, user guides, and process documentation for end users transitioning from legacy CRM | |
| • Act as Product Owner proxy in Agile ceremonies when needed |
Education
Bachelor of Engineering
Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer
Work Experience
