IT Executive

We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure smooth functioning of systems, provide technical support to employees, and maintain IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues Manage laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT assets Handle new joinee IT setup (laptop allocation, email ID creation, system access) and exit formalities (data backup, access revocation) Maintain and update IT asset inventory and license records Manage user access for tools such as email, ERP, HRMS (Keka), CRM, and other internal systems Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, AMC, repairs, and networking issues Ensure data security, antivirus updates, system backups, and compliance with IT policies Monitor internet, network, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues and resolve them promptly Assist in implementing and documenting IT policies & SOPs Support basic troubleshooting for MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams, etc.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 1–3 years of experience in an IT support / IT executive role Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system administration Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Understanding of IT asset management and data security practices Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
