Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist – Meta Ads

to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and scaling performance across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, creative with ad strategy, and has a deep understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem and tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns, to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve ad relevance and quality score.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

Manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize budget allocation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and social media management.
