| 5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| Making Annual Operating Plan, Tracking Actuals vs Plan, Preparing revised estimates of the in-quarter and the balance year, developing rolling forecast for 4 qtrs, Competition Monitoring, monitoring market share, developing dashboards for senior leadership for metric monitoring, creating scenario analysis for various decisions, Impact calculation of various price volume decisions, work with CFO's office, Leadership team presentation, Business Partner for support functions. |
