Opportunity for Data Analytics ( SQL + Power BI)

Role: Data Analyst (Two Roles ) 

1) Data Analytics with SQL (Must)

2) Data Analytics with SQL + Power BI (Must)

Exp Range: 2 to 7 Years of experience

Job Location: Pune

Mode: Work from Office (6 Days working) 

JOB PURPOSE - This position would require interaction with the Product teams and drive data related deliveries in terms of Data Analysis, MIS and Reporting. This role requires 100% hands on SQL, individual contribution to drive multiple projects simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Drive data backed decisions for customer with respect to products, processes, offer strategies, channel selection, timing etc.

·         Prepare various data structures for MIS and reporting

·         Establish relationships between customer data, events etc. to trigger marketing, risk use cases

·         Create and manage complex inferred variables - like share of wallet, size of wallet, propensity to buy (when, where, how), propensity to repay etc.

·         Create solutions for managing marketing properties on wallet, creating solutions to match marketing content to customers through various data tags

·         Create metrics to evaluate performance of the solutions created, processes optimized

·         Own execution and availability of solutions to teams for retrospective analysis, transaction recommendation / approval management, etc

·         Analyze data extensively and communicate findings to senior management

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Graduate / Post-graduate with 2-7 years of experience in Data science and analytics.

·         Experience in handling large volumes of data and generating meaningful insights and actionable

·         Experience in analytics projects in banking / NBFC domain would be preferred

·         Hands-on expertise in SQL is a must

·         Exposure of developing analytical reports on Tableau/Power BI is preferred
