Chief Land Acquisition Expert

Key Responsibilities

·

	Lead and manage end-to-end land acquisition

processes for infrastructure projects (Railway/Highway/Metro/Other BOT

projects).

·

Liaise with State/Central Government

authorities, local administration, revenue departments, and other stakeholders

to facilitate smooth acquisition and transfer of land.

·

	Ensure compliance with the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 and other relevant land and revenue laws.

·

	Develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve

challenges related to land disputes, compensation, resettlement, and

rehabilitation.

·

	Coordinate with legal teams, project managers,

and contractors to ensure land-related clearances are aligned with project

schedules.

·

	Prepare and maintain accurate records,

documentation, and reports of land acquisition progress.

·

	Provide expert advice to management on land

acquisition policies, legal implications, and stakeholder engagement.

·

	Represent the organization in negotiations,

meetings, and discussions with government authorities and affected parties
