Computer operator cum Stenographer

Graduate / Diploma in Commercial Practice - well versed with computer application on various software

with 2 years' experience in infrastructure projects

with knowledge of shorthand & typing (speed of 30 wpm)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, document preparation, and record management accurately
• Take shorthand notes during meetings, discussions, and dictations, and transcribe them into clear and well-formatted documents.
• Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and official correspondence.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and manual, ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Handle routine office communication, including emails, notices, and circulars.
• Assist project teams with preparing presentations, schedules, and reports.
• Support senior officials with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of documentation work.
