Design Engineer – Signalling

• Develop detailed technical designs for railway signalling systems, including trackside equipment, interlockings, train control systems, and communication interfaces.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant railway standards (e.g., EN 50128, IEC 61508, CENELEC, and national railway regulations).
• Utilize AutoCAD and other CAD tools to produce accurate and scalable engineering drawings and schematics.
• Conduct design reviews and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to validate technical feasibility and safety integrity.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design specifications, revisions, and compliance evidence.
• Collaborate with systems and safety engineers to perform hazard analyses, risk assessments, and safety case development.
• Support project execution by providing technical input during procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Stay current with advancements in railway signalling technologies, including ETCS, CBTC, and digital interlocking systems.
• Participate in design audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes.
