Legal Due Diligence:

Conduct title searches and verification of land records

Review development approvals and compliance documents

Drafting & Documentation:

Draft and vet sale deeds, lease agreements, gift deeds, mortgage deeds, and other property-related documents

Prepare legal notices and responses to disputes

Legal Compliance:

Ensure adherence to RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and other applicable laws

Stay updated on changes in real estate regulations

Advisory & Risk Management:

Provide legal advice to internal teams or clients

Identify and mitigate legal risks in real estate transactions

Liaison & Representation:

Coordinate with external legal counsel

Represent clients or the organization in legal proceedings

Liaise with government authorities for registrations and approvals
