Key Responsibilities****Consultation & Diagnosis●         Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, assess medical history, and diagnose conditions accurately.●         Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clinical suitability and client expectations.●         Explain procedures, risks, results, timelines, and aftercare clearly.Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures●         Perform dermatology and aesthetic treatments including:o   Laser Hair Reductiono   Laser Skin Procedureso   Chemical Peelso   PRP Therapyo   Microneedlingo   Botoxo   Fillerso   Threadso   Other cosmetology procedures/ Injectables as per training●         Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters and follow‐ups in Zenoti.

Client Experience & Relationship Management●         Build trust through ethical guidance, accurate communication, and empathy.●         Handle queries, doubts, and objections with clarity and professionalism.●         Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage strong retention.Team Collaboration & Clinic Support●         Work closely with consultants, technicians, and front desk staff.●         Support treatment conversions ethically while prioritizing medical suitability.●         Participate in internal training and contribute to SOP improvements.●         Assist in smooth clinical operations when required.

Who Can Apply●         Qualification: BDS/MDS/ MBBS●         Experience: For MBBS - 1 - 2 years, For BDS/MDS - 2 -4 Years   € € € € Cosmetology or trichology preferred●         Hands‐on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic / Injectable procedures●         Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills●         Ethical practice and client‐centric approach
