Digital Engagement Specialist

As a Digital Engagement Specialist at BSM, you will create engaging visual and multimedia content for the Group's digital and print communications, while supporting digital channels and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials, including infographics, brochures, flyers, banners and event collateral.
• Translate marketing and communication requirements into clear visual concepts that align with the Group's brand standards.
• Create and edit video and visual content for digital channels and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt and optimise content for different formats, platforms, audiences and purposes.
• Support content development, scheduling, channel management and updates across the Group's digital channels.
• Provide broader support for Group marketing and communication initiatives, as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience designing materials for digital and print use.
• Experience in video editing and production.
• Strong creative judgement and attention to detail.
• Collaborative working style and willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience in digital content creation or channel management is advantageous.
