Product Manager (PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather user insights through customer interviews, field visits, and operational research.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Define product metrics and monitor feature performance.
• Lead product launches and post-launch improvements.
• Build scalable workflows for operational planning, workforce management, and service execution.
• Analyse business data to identify product opportunities.
• Drive continuous product improvements using customer feedback and analytics.
• Ensure product quality, usability, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Product Management.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and Agile development.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and business KPIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, agritech, fintech, mobility, staffing, or operations-focused products.
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience launching new products or scaling technology platforms.
• Familiarity with rural markets, field operations, or mobile-first applications.
