POSITION OVERVIEW: This is one of the many but very lucrative positions in any given organization. Here, as a part of our HR Department, you will learn, understand, and implement a comprehensively broad role in acquiring talents. You will also be able to put your skills, talents, and experiences to the test in being innovative, experimental, and effective for besting the competition towards acquiring the needful talents.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES: Familiarize with the staffing talent needs, liaise with necessary parties involved. Put use of your knowledge, skills, experience in sourcing, screening interviewing quality candidates from various job sites and ATS (application tracking system). Bring in analysis skills to record the interaction summaries, information, and assess the candidate(s) accordingly before putting forward for further interviews and selection procedures. Create necessary leads, pipeline and evaluating data, use them in interacting with the candidates until they are selected and on-boarded. Keep learning, improving, and adapting.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Essentials: Experience or knowledge of 0-1 year(s) (max) in recruitment, staffing, TA, or similar. Knowledge or Experience in the use of MS Office, ATS, Job sites/portals. Knowledge or Experience in IT recruitment. Very good degree of communication skills. Fluency with English.

Desirables: Graduation/PG/Masters in Human Resources or similar can be a plus. Immediate joiner may get higher preference.
