SLOT TECHNICIANS

• Learning Role: Learn to perform regular maintenance of all EGMs and related equipment on the gaming floor.
• Software Updates: Assist in checking software updates and security patches.
• Repair and Maintenance: Learn to repair and maintain machines during breakdowns, technical knowledge in repairing / Soldering
• Inventory Management: Help prepare and maintain spare parts inventory, Organize and properly account for all paperwork and certifications pertaining to required maintenance, updates and ordering of parts.
• Compliance: Understand and adhere to job standards, slot rules, and procedures, Move and reinstall slot machines & other gaming equipment's as needed when casino floor plans are revised.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge required for the job role and attend relevant training schemes.

Requirements

ITI / DIPLOMA / BE in Electronics or Electrical
