3D Visualizer – B2GR02

·      Work on a wide range of projects from commercial, residential and retail design.
·      3d modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering.
·      Understand architectural design standards, materials, rendering and the impact of these on interior and exterior design.
·      Advanced knowledge in modelling, UV mapping, and materials in 3ds Max / SketchUp. 
·      Work closely with the architectural teams in the preparation of 3D visualization renders.
·      Understand the concepts and initial design intent and apply this into a graphic representation. This may involve reproducing the architect's concept into a graphic form or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphic form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.
·      Should be able to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
·      Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.
·     Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of a team as well.

Requirements

·      Any graduate with a minimum of 2 - 3 years of work experience in similar capability.

·       Experience using of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop and AutoCAD are essential.

·       Knowledge in Rhino and Revit will be added benefit.

Preferred Software Experience:

·       3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, V - Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion
·       Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
