BIM Engineer - Architecture/ Structure

Experience - 3+ Years Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.

• Create and modify Revit families, parametric components, and BIM content as required.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accurate model development.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with relevant disciplines to resolve model conflicts.
• Conduct self-QC checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, client comments, and coordination feedback.
• Manage model files, work sets, and project deliverables using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and other CDE platforms.
• Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining required productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, Architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.

• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit – Architecture/ Structure
• Good understanding of BIM workflows, architectural modeling, documentation, and coordination
• Experience creating and editing Revit families and parametric content
• Knowledge of clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination
• Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independent quality checks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively within project deadlines
