Chief of Staff

This is a highly entrepreneurial role spanning strategy, operations, special projects, fundraising support, and cross-functional execution. You'll work directly with the founding team and play a pivotal role in shaping Biome's future.

• Strategic Initiatives: Own and execute critical projects across business development, fundraising, go-to-market, partnerships, and operations.
• Operational Excellence: Help design and run internal processes like OKRs, dashboards, meeting cadences, and team rituals that keep Biome aligned and moving fast.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Assist with fundraising materials, investor updates, data rooms, and due diligence processes.
• Research & Insights: Deep dive into new markets, technologies, policies (e.g., government schemes for agri-waste or green materials), and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Internal Communication: Act as a bridge between the Founder/CEO and different teams to ensure clarity, momentum, and alignment.
• Founder's Leverage: Increase the Founder's productivity by preparing briefs, managing key priorities, and ensuring follow-through on critical decisions
