Operations Manager - New Delhi

We are seeking a commercially sharp, detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and scale Biome's city/ regional operations. This role demands meticulous planning and continuous monitoring to ensure vendor development, cost-efficient project execution, and flawless delivery across interiors, modular furniture installations, and events.

• Identify, onboard, and nurture local vendors (fabricators, contractors, event partners, logistics providers).

• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to achieve competitive pricing and service quality.

• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance and cost control.

• Create detailed project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Track progress daily against milestones; identify risks early and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with design, production, and client teams for seamless delivery.

• Oversee site operations, including material delivery, workforce scheduling, and compliance with health & safety norms.

• Own project-level P&L: prepare budgets, track costs, and safeguard profitability.

• Analyse vendor quotes and project financials to drive cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Identify opportunities to improve margins through process efficiencies and smart sourcing.

• Act as the on-ground representative of Biome for clients, architects, and event organisers.

• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Implement SOPs and operational best practices for consistency and scalability.

• Provide regular monitoring reports and performance dashboards to management.
