You'll collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to turn business needs into powerful digital solutions, driving efficiency, automation, and measurable business impact. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Zoho One solutions aligned with client business goals.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define robust solution architectures.
• Create system blueprints, data models, workflows, and integration strategies using Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, People, Projects, Inventory, and other Zoho One modules.
• Customize and configure Zoho One applications to support business processes with emphasis on scalability, security, and compliance.
• Develop integrations between Zoho One and external systems using Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator APIs, and webhooks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation teams.
• Execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support to ensure performance and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specs, and user guides.
• Stay current with Zoho One updates, emerging features, and industry best practices to enhance solution quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget
