About the role
We're hiring for a Technical Support role — but this is more than just a support position. You'll play a vital part in onboarding new clients, enabling them to use our platform effectively, and helping ensure their long-term success.
While the title says "technical support," this is a blended role that includes customer enablement, customer success, and customer support. Candidates should be comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and confident in guiding others through both simple and complex platform usage.
The role will be onsite for the first few months for onboarding and training. Based on performance and comfort, it can transition to hybrid later.
What you'll be doing
- Onboard new clients, guide them through key features, and ensure they're set up for success
- Support customer enablement by sharing tips, walkthroughs, and best practices
- Proactively build relationships and contribute to customer success efforts
- Respond to support queries via email, chat, or calls
- Perform regular platform checks to ensure smooth performance
- Follow up on open issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed
- Help document common questions and create support material
- Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the platform
Requirements
Who we're looking for
This is a female-only role intended for someone with strong communication skills and a natural ease with technology and digital tools.
You're someone who:
- Has excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Enjoys helping people and guiding them through digital tools
- Can learn technical software quickly and explain it to others in simple terms
- Has a friendly, clear, and confident communication style
- Is proactive, dependable, and organized in following up with clients
- Maintains a calm and professional attitude under pressure
- Is eager to grow in a customer-facing role within the tech space
- Anchoring or public speaking experience is a plus
No prior job experience is needed — but you must be sharp, confident, and ready to learn.
