As a People Development professional, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that support both individual capability and business performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, connecting with people, and turning learning needs into impactful development experiences within a fast-paced retail gadget environment. What We'll Work on Together Conduct people development and training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities across retail teams Design and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with operational and business objectives Develop engaging learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments Deliver learning initiatives through various methods such as classroom sessions, workshops, and online learning Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning impact based on feedback and results Collaborate with stakeholders across locations to ensure consistent people development standards Support and optimize the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) where applicable Qualification Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 1–3 years of experience in people development, training, or learning & development; experience in retail or hospitality is a plus Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage Strong presentation, facilitation, and evaluation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Enjoys engaging directly with people and working across multiple locations Positive, adaptable, and passionate about developing others At Blibli Group , growth starts with people who take pride in helping others upgrade their skills — a sense of purpose that goes beyond rewards and cannot be measured by money.
