Value Added Service (Transport) Specialist

As Value Added Service (Transport) Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end transportation and installation operations supporting our growing network of Blibli Electronic offline retail stores. You will work closely with third-party logistics (3PL), transportation, and installation vendors, ensuring they consistently meet our operational standards, delivery timelines, cost expectations, and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). What You will Working On Manage and oversee the end-to-end transportation and installation process for products purchased through Blibli Electronic offline stores. Manage and supervise third-party transportation, logistics, and installation vendors, ensuring operational activities are executed according to agreed standards and SLAs. Regularly evaluate vendor performance based on key operational indicators such as on-time delivery, installation completion, service quality, customer complaints, failed deliveries, and other relevant metrics. Monitor day-to-day delivery and installation activities and proactively identify operational issues that may impact the customer experience. Coordinate with transportation and installation vendors to resolve delivery delays, failed deliveries, installation issues, customer complaints, and other operational exceptions. Qualifications Minimum 1–4 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics operations, last-mile delivery, retail logistics, vendor management, installation services, or related fields. Hands-on experience in managing and evaluating third-party logistics, transportation, or installation vendors. Good understanding of last-mile delivery operations, particularly delivery performance, SLA monitoring, failed delivery management, and operational troubleshooting. Experience handling delivery and/or installation operations for electronics, home appliances, furniture, or other bulky products would be highly advantageous. Experience in vendor performance management, including setting performance indicators, conducting vendor evaluations, and following up on corrective actions. Good understanding of transportation and logistics cost components, with experience in vendor rate negotiation and cost optimization being an advantage.
