Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly dependable Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end trip execution across domestic and international journeys.

This is a high-ownership role at the core of our operations. You will coordinate global vendors and DMCs, manage logistics, handle GDS ticketing, and ensure flawless delivery — even when the destination itself remains a surprise.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Travel Operations

  • Plan and execute complete travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, experiences, insurance)
  • Deliver seamless surprise trips while maintaining strict destination confidentiality
  • Align itineraries with customer preferences, budgets, and comfort levels

Vendor & DMC Coordination

  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, guides, and DMC partners
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
  • Ensure SLA adherence, service quality, and cost efficiency

GDS & Ticketing

  • Handle bookings, reissues, cancellations, and schedule changes via Amadeus / Galileo
  • Monitor fare rules, airline advisories, and baggage policies proactively

Operational Excellence

  • Act as escalation point for delays, overbookings, or vendor disruptions
  • Resolve real-time travel challenges with composure and precision
  • Coordinate internally for last-minute changes or emergencies

Customer Experience

  • Maintain professional communication pre-, during-, and post-trip
  • Share travel documents and updates without revealing destination spoilers
  • Gather feedback and support continuous operational improvement

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to visa rules, safety protocols, and internal SOPs
  • Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation
  • Support reporting on KPIs, costs, and service performance

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's / Master's in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field

Experience:

2–5 years in travel operations, tour operations, or DMC coordination

Proven experience handling domestic & international bookings end-to-end

Technical Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Amadeus and/or Galileo
  • Experience in itinerary planning and vendor coordination
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and spreadsheets
