Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced hiring needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
