We are seeking a highly customer-obsessed, highly energetic & skilled professional to join us as an
IT Support Executive
. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications across Blitz, making it convenient for brands on the demand front as well as enabling a seamless technology experience for
delivery partners
on the supply front.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and other IT hardware.
Support and troubleshoot Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), POS/Billing systems, inventory management applications, and other business-critical software.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues with minimal downtime.
Provide first-level technical support to store teams and ensure timely issue resolution.
Monitor and maintain routers, Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, and other IT infrastructure across Dark Stores.
Manage user accounts, passwords, system access, software updates, antivirus, and scheduled data backups.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and warranty records.
Support new store launches, IT rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/BCA/B.Sc./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, Quick Commerce, or Dark Store operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic server support.
Hands-on experience with WMS/POS systems, barcode scanners, printers, and handheld devices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to support multiple locations and respond effectively to critical IT issues.
