Guidewire Developer

BlitzenX is looking for a strong, hands-on Guidewire Developer with 5+ years of real-world implementation experience across one or more Guidewire X-Centers—PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. This role is for engineers who write solid code, understand the Guidewire platform deeply, and deliver without hand-holding. You will work in high-velocity teams, contribute directly to production-grade implementations, and be expected to own your work end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and develop Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter. Implement business logic using GOSU, Guidewire rules, PCF, and extension frameworks. Develop and support integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST web services. Work closely with senior developers and leads to implement architecture-aligned solutions. Debug, analyze, and resolve complex Guidewire issues across development, test, and production environments. Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile delivery ceremonies. Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with Guidewire and BlitzenX standards. Support SIT, UAT, and production stabilization activities as required.

Strong, hands-on Guidewire Developer with 5+ years of real-world implementation experience across one or more Guidewire X-Centers—PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. Ability to independently own assigned modules and deliver within defined timelines. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
