Training Coordinator – Learning & Development

We are hiring a Training Coordinator – Learning & Development who will take complete ownership of building and scaling Guidewire capability across the HTD function. This role is not administrative—it is a business-critical enabler of delivery performance and talent readiness. You will ensure our teams have the right skills, certifications, and execution capability to deliver Guidewire implementations with zero compromise. Own the end-to-end execution of Guidewire-focused training and learning initiatives for HTD teams. Partner with HTD leadership to forecast capability needs, identify skill gaps, and deploy targeted learning solutions aligned to delivery timelines. Drive onboarding, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs to ensure 100% readiness for Guidewire projects. Coordinate all logistics—scheduling, materials, trainers, assessments, LMS updates—with precision and zero slippage. Maintain a centralized knowledge repository of Guidewire modules, best practices, certification paths, and learning tools. Track and report training effectiveness metrics, certification progress, and learning ROI directly to leadership. Introduce modern, scalable learning methods including e-learning, hands-on labs, and simulation-based training. Operate as the single owner of L&D execution for Guidewire within HTD—no gaps, no delays, no follow-ups required.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related discipline. Proven experience in corporate L&D or training coordination roles, ideally within IT or product-based environments. Strong project management, planning, and operational execution skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and influence capabilities. Proficiency with LMS platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities at speed.
