Product Support Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver comprehensive support to operations teams, ensuring smooth workflows. Collect and document customer/client feedback, providing actionable insights to enhance product quality and satisfaction. Take ownership of customer/client issues end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed. Troubleshoot product and service issues in collaboration with relevant teams to identify and resolve root causes. Consistently achieve or exceed SLAs, including response times, resolution times, and customer/client satisfaction goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field is preferred. 0–1 year of internship or work experience in product or customer support is a plus. Availability to work from the office as required. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are mandatory. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information securely. Understanding of SQL for querying and analyzing data. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer/client or operational concerns. Ability to manage multiple high-priority support requests efficiently. Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Understanding of system basics and troubleshooting concepts
