Trainer – Cargo Security Awareness / Aviation Security

• Conduct training sessions on cargo security awareness, aviation security procedures, cargo/mail handling, and catering security regulations.
• Educate trainees on aviation security protocols, risk assessment, screening procedures, and compliance standards.
• Develop engaging training materials aligned with aviation authority guidelines and industry standards.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and compliance-based evaluations.
• Ensure trainees understand safety procedures, threat awareness, and emergency response measures.
• Maintain updated knowledge of aviation security regulations and industry best practices.
• Support learners with guidance and clarification throughout the training program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of aviation security or cargo operations experience.
• Strong understanding of aviation security regulations and compliance standards.
• Prior training experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
