Zoho Trainer cum Developer

• Manage Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho One suite products.
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support.
• Optimize existing Zoho setups to improve efficiency and performance.
• Maintain documentation for all development, configurations, and processes.

• Conduct training sessions on Zoho applications for internal teams and external clients
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to users on Zoho tools
• Assist in the basic setup, customization, and usage of Zoho applications
• Help employees understand workflows and improve system adoption
• Troubleshoot basic Zoho-related issues and provide timely support
• Prepare simple training materials, user guides, and documentation
• Stay updated with Zoho features to enhance training effectiveness

• Create user manuals, guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience with Zoho suite (especially Zoho CRM, Creator, and Books).
• Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring users is highly preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Zoho Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness and ability to train and support internal and external stakehholders on Zoho tools
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach
• Ability to understand business requirements and implement solutions
• Basic knowledge of integrations or automation is an added advantage
