Salesforce Developer

Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,Aura, SOQL, and Visualforce as required. Implement business requirements based on provided functional and technical specifications. Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to support business process automation. Develop bulk-safe, performant Apex code aligned with governor limits and platform constraints. Implement asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future methods where required. Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools based on defined integration patterns. Assist with event-based implementations using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), or Streaming APIs under guidance. Create and maintain unit tests to support deployment readiness and quality standards. Participate in code reviews, defect fixes, and performance tuning activities. Support Agile delivery activities including sprint execution, estimations, and release cycles. Assist with deployments across environments using established CI/CD and release management processes. Troubleshoot and resolve defects across development, test, and production environments.

The role requires Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands on experience to build, enhance, and support Salesforce applications across enterprise implementations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality development aligned to defined functional and technical requirements, while adhering to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and delivery processes.
