Job Title: Associate - ServiceNow Automation Testing and QA
Department: ISPL ITGP STA

Position Purpose:
Application testing on ServiceNow framework, preferably with experience in testing ServiceNow applications.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Based on the test strategy and specifications (requirements, general and detailed specifications), ensures coverage of requirements by test cases
- Work with Product Owners for functional understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and scoped applications.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that the release meets quality and functionality standards.
- Responsible for ensuring creation of test plans during ServiceNow upgrade exercise.
- Provides test reports.
- Identify bugs and raise risks.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and issues.
- Adapts existing test cases following changes made in the application
- Automates test cases using ServiceNow ATF
- Conducts or organizes and coordinates performance test campaigns aimed at:
- Validate the current capacity of the system in terms of load.
- Identify if the systems will meet the targeted loads.
- Security testing through analysis of Healthscan Findings.
- Estimate and plan all testing activities.
- Ensure test cases are comprehensive to cover all scenarios.
- Create and maintain documentation to define processes for quality assurance.
- Perform root cause analysis of PROD defects.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Brings new propositions and ideas to improve the testing process leading to quality deliverables and stabilization of applications.
- Work constantly on identifying problems and strive to prevent or solve.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Experience in creating ServiceNow ATF scripts for test automation
- Experience in test case creation, test execution and defect creation and tracking
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow testing and ATF experience is preferred.Micro-certification on ATF is preferred.
