Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation
◦ Design business process workflows across the organisation.
◦ Oversee implementation of the integration of various modules.
2. Process Maturity
◦ Improve the process maturity of the organisation, and combine it with risk management.
◦ Get the organisation certified on various international quality certifications, and ensure compliance.
3. Cost Optimisation
◦ Carry out regular process reviews and find new cost optimisation opportunities.
