Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain business process models and documentation.
• Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights and support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining recommendations and action plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a business analysis role or similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
