Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Teaching

·        Conduct drone education workshops in schools and colleges

·        Deliver in-house drone training sessions

·        Teach core drone concepts including:

o    Types of drones and applications

o    Aerodynamics and basic flight principles

o    Drone components (motors, ESCs, flight controllers, batteries, frames)

o    Safety procedures and basic operating rules

·        Guide students in drone assembly, calibration, and flying

·        Support learners during practical and demo sessions

 

2. Content Development

Assist in development and improvement of drone training content, including:

 

o    Presentation decks (PPTs)

o    Student manuals and handouts

o    Practical activity guides

o    Session plans and workflows

·        Document step-by-step processes for drone assembly and flight

·        Enhance content based on field experience and participant feedback

3. Coordination & Operations

Travel to schools and colleges as per training schedule

 

·        Coordinate with internal teams for workshop planning and execution

·        Ensure safe handling, charging, and maintenance of drone kits

·        Maintain basic session reports and documentation

Requirements

Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Qualification (Any one):

·        Diploma in Engineering + minimum 2 years experience

·        B.E. / B.Tech (Any stream) + minimum 1 year experience

Preferred Streams:

Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics / Aerospace

Required Skills

·        Basic working knowledge of drones / UAV systems

·        Strong interest in teaching and content creation

·        Good communication and explanation skills

·        Willingness to travel regularly

 

 

Location & Mobility Requirements

·        Job Location: Pune

·        Mandatory: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license

·        Travel expenses reimbursed as per actuals / company policy
