Roles and Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Delivery:

   • Teach Physics to students of classes 11 and 12, following the CBSE curriculum.
   • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that are clear, engaging, and aligned with CBSE guidelines.

2. Student Assessment and Progress Tracking:

   • Design, administer, and grade tests, quizzes, and assignments.
   • Evaluate and document students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

3. Practical Knowledge:

   • Conduct Physics experiments and ensure proper utilization of lab resources.
   • Encourage students to develop hands-on skills and understand experimental techniques.

4. Guidance and Mentorship:

   • Mentor students for board exams, competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and other entrance tests.
   • Provide academic counseling and help students set and achieve goals.

5. Classroom Management:

   • Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
   • Ensure safety and manage resources effectively.

6. Professional Development:

   • Stay updated with advancements in Physics and pedagogical techniques.
   • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

7. Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to discuss student progress.
   • Contribute to the development of curriculum and educational policies.

Required Qualifications

1. Educational Qualifications:

   • Master's degree in Physics from a recognized university (M.Sc. or equivalent).
   • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school (preferred).

3. Certifications:

   • TET/CTET qualification (as applicable).
