Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst for carbonated beverages to ensure product quality across production and packaging stages

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality of raw materials (water, sugar, CO₂, flavours)
• Check in-process parameters like Brix, pH, and carbonation levels
• Conduct finished product testing (taste, packaging, stability)
• Ensure hygiene and GMP compliance on the production floor
• Maintain quality records and reports
• Identify and resolve quality issues during production
• Support audits and compliance requirements

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in beverages or FMCG
• Basic knowledge of quality parameters (Brix, pH, CO₂)
• Understanding of FSSAI and quality standards
• Good attention to detail and reporting skills
