As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a post-graduate candidate (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in human resource management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on job portals, company website, and social media.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Support HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
- Assist in tracking leave and attendance management.
- Help ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
4. Learning & Development
- Assist in planning and executing training sessions.
- Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements for training programs.
5. HR Automation & Process Improvement
- Research and suggest ways to improve HR processes using automation.
- Work with HR software to streamline operations.
Requirements
✅ Post-Graduate Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent – Required)
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS software
✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
✅ Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
