As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient dispatch and delivery of materials.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong inventory management skills, the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor material usage to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement best practices for storage and warehouse organization.
2. Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to fulfill material requests.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
- Ensure timely dispatch and tracking of materials for ongoing projects.
3. Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and suggest improvements.
- Work with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for better tracking and automation.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
4. Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with transport providers and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Address any supply chain disruptions and coordinate alternative solutions.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Train warehouse staff on proper material handling and safety protocols.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Preferred)
✅ 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics coordination
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management
✅ Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (ERP/WMS preferred)
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
✅ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
