Responsibilities:

1. Assist in E-commerce Operations: Support day-to-day operations of online stores, including product listings, inventory management, and Product optimization.

2. Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute e-commerce marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotions.

3. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

4. Data Analysis: Analyse e-commerce performance metrics and provide insights to optimize sales and customer engagement.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and e-commerce, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.

• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
